The boathouse was very well maintained. The rooms were clean. The host, Imran was very welcoming and humble. Very good hospitality overall under constraints of lake. He is carrying forward his ancestors business, we were very happy to hear that.
Overall a wonderful experience. We would recommend this with all our heart to visit this boathouse when in Srinagar.

I've been traveling a lot and stayed at many places, this boat house beat them all. My top best places to stay for short or long term, the owner make you feel like you home away from home. Anything you ask for he provide. The place is really clean wish I could also put the picture so you would know how great this place is .. better then any 5 star hotels ..
