I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kashmir Trout, and as an avid fish enthusiast, it was truly an unforgettable experience. This restaurant exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from the delectable flavors to the impeccable service.
First and foremost, the highlight of my visit was the tandoori grilled trout fish. Freshness is the key at Kashmir Trout, as they prepare the fish right before your eyes.
The moment I took my first bite, I was immediately captivated by the burst of flavors. The tender, succulent flesh infused with the aromatic blend of spices left my taste buds in a state of sheer bliss.
The flavors truly showcased the natural essence of the fish, making it a must-try for any seafood aficionado.🫶🏻
A suggestion, if you are visiting the restaurant then plan one fish dish at a time. If you order more than one dish then you will not enjoy the taste. I personally loved Grilled Trout which was fresh and perfectly marinated. The fried Trout was smaller in size. The best was the tandoori Trout. Rara mutton was cooked using lamb meat and had distinctive taste.
We also had sweet n sour lemon drinks which again were great.
The whole experience cost us around 3300 Indian National Rupees for 3 adults and 3 children.
Being Saturday afternoon, not many people were present, which shows that the place is a bit expensive.
