This is a authentic homely made tiffen centre in Sringeri, breakfast served in banana leaf is main attraction. Place can accommodate upto 45ppl at once. Floor seating at entry and table seating inside. Crispy Vade and sambar is the best here. Idli chutney/sambar is good. Poori saagu is average. Good quality and taste. Expect rush on weekend mornings.

Excellent Satvic breakfast (without Onion and Garlic) is available here. Maruthi Tiffin Center is located just opposite the Exit gate of Saradamba temple. "Sree Ram Jai Ram.... Jai Jai Ram..." Music is soothing to the ears while eating. One idly is only 10/-. Any item you take, it is only Rs.10/- per piece. Idlis are very soft, Poori is also tasty, Vada is crispy and yummy. Coffee is also good. The whole dining area is Sattvik with divine pictures hanging on the wall. Best place for Brahmin Satvic breakfast.
