I liked this place.. the ambience is okish.. the staff is welcoming. I ordered PAV BHAJI which was good, tangy , spicy.. :) Its a decent place for casual hangouts ..
A decent restaurant, the service is good, food is good, though it is thoroughly Indian fare. The Chinese is proper Indo-Chinese stuff.
We have been eating here since years on a semi-regular basis. The basic taste can be summed up as mild yet appetizing and healthy. A lot of restaurants that serve mild cuisine unfortunately end up serving bland, tasteless food. However, this one has pleasing flavors, good for those who cannot burn a hole in their pocket by going to expensive places like Saffron or Mainland China.
Their food is above-average/average for the cost, and the paneer pudina tikka starter is amazing. The minestrone soup is good but its taste varies with every visit. South Indian is bad, punjabi is okay.
The best part for us is that this is the only place where one of my family members, who suffers from hyper acidity, can eat safely. So I guess it's a good sign about its food quality.
One of my favourite restaurants in baroda. Awesome quality of food with best flavoured mocktails. Try pav-bhaji which so tastes like the one you get in Mumbai.
