Dakshin is a fine dining south Indian cuisine based restaurant. This is a premium restaurant. The ambiance and atmosphere are splendid and really amazing. The service has also been fantastic. But the taste of the food isn't up to the mark . Only Fried idli is good . Their three Thali varieties are bland . There isn't enough spice in pulavs and curries . Even the dessert isn't sweet enough . I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for spice lovers . The quality of the food is good but the taste is not that good. For the price we pay, we may feel insatiable with their thalis and it's taste. Taste of food and thali items could be improved.

Fantastic restaurant. We tried some authentic Andhra dish. The staff were really friendly and polite, one of them helped me find out the Bengali name for the fish they had served! In any case, everything tasted great. Recommendation: Apricot delight! And mutton preparations that I can no longer pronounce. Parking available inside. Price is on the higher side.
