This is one of my favourite Punjabi restaurant.
They have an elaborate menu and amazing portion size.
The ambience is so beautiful and they have separate sections on each floor as per one's choice.
Desserts are amazing as well.
The service is prompt and the staff is so polite and knowledgeable.
We recently happened to visit this lavish restaurant named Punjabi By Nature, located in NIBM. They specialise in North Indian cuisine and serve them with elegance. It's a two-storey restaurant with the top floor designed into a rooftop area. The ambience here is a blend of aesthetics and chic, which equates to a majestic grandeur. The staff here is skilled and attentive, and their service is prompt. This place is perfect for family outings, date nights or birthday celebrations.
Talking about the food, the ingredients they use are of premium quality. We started with Baked Paneer Roll and Dahi kebab, both were super delish and a must-have here. Avalanche and Mango Punch are tantalising and refreshing mocktails here to sip on while you nibble on food. Avalanche is a super fancy one and worth a try. In the main course, we went for Paneer Makhani and Chef's Special Kofta and Giant Garlic Naan. Both the curries were flavourful and had that creamy texture to them. The garlic naan was soft and complemented the curries.
We ended our meal with Rasmalai which again is the ideal dessert to devour after that heavy meal and worth having. Don't miss this!
We had a glee time here devouring some North Indian food along with enjoying that music in the background to elevate the vibe.
One of the finest dining experiences! Punjabi by nature preserves to serve some authentic North Indian dishes. They have revamped their menu for a memorable dining experience!
Food-
For starters, we tried one of their newest additions to the menu which was a chat menu. So we ordered their Dahi Puri. It was great in portion as the puris were quite big and completely filled with some delicious dahi! This dish reflects how they have transformed indian dishes to modern classic dishes!
•Beetroot balls- This was something new that I tried. They were crispy from the outside and soft from the side with a hint of tamarind!
• Paneer Lahori- This was one of the best north Indian dishes I've had recently! Would recommend trying this out as it was extremely delicious!
• Kulcha- It was my first time trying a kulcha and it was better than my expectations! It was so soft topped with sesame seeds!
• Dum biryani- Flavours were perfectly blended with the appropriate amount of spices!
• gulabjamun with ice-cream -This is one of the most loved dessert & PBN serves it in a unique way where the ice cream is made in house and tastes like a mix of cake and ice cream! Would recommend trying it out
Drinks- They serve drinks that are syrup free and all the ingredients are naturally made in house! Amazing presentation with unique flavours!
Ambience- A 3 floored restaurant with very pretty interiors. Valet parking is available.
Overall this was a 5/5 experience!
